Highlights and Lowlights - Part II

Lowlights

• Anna getting a speeding ticket on the way back from Moab:(
• Going through 3 (yes 3!) cell phones and 1 battery in less than a month (ugghh!!)
• Getting caught driving in a blizzard at 6600' with no cell phone, a missing oil cap, plummeting oil pressure, and a friend I was plotting to exterminate (just kidding, of course!)
• Taking soil samples in the freezing cold rain one day and in the even colder blustery snow snorm the next
• De-conning!! (i.e. washing dishes)

Highlights

• A visit from Mom, Anna, Tom, and Sadie!!!!
• Sharing Utah with my family
• Soaking in hot springs on a cold winter's night
• Adam - fixed my car and wanted no money for it
• Zion
• Joining a women's book group
• Regularly seeing elk on the mountainside
• Lisa, Emma and Christopher's visit!!!!!
• Going home for Christmas
• Meeting Alberto and making a friend out here finally:)
• Amy's visit!!!!!
• Scalp massage at Mark Anthony's Salon - ahhhhh!
• Sunset over Utah Lake
